Vitaly Kruglov short biography
Kruglov Vitaliy Viktorovich was born on November 6, 1970 in the Kharkov region in the town of Zolochev.
He graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Engineers of Municipal Economy and a master's degree in public administration.
After graduation, he worked in the Kharkiv Regional State Administration in the Office of Urban Planning and Architecture. He worked in senior positions in the Zolochiv district state administration. He was elected as a deputy of the district council. He held the post of first deputy head of the regional branch of the State Property Fund in Ukraine in the Kharkov region.
He was published in the magazines “Slobozhanshchina”, “Berezol”, the regional and republican press, collective collections of Kharkov writers, the collection “Granoslov” (Kiev), “Digital Romanticism” (Kiev). Graduate of the annual International Competition of the best works of young Ukrainian writers "Granoslov 2000", winner of the literary competition named after Alexander Maselsky (2007).
He is the author of poetry collections “Words on a Window Glass”, “Homeless Snow”, “Above the Road”, “Projections”.
Member of NSPU since 2002. Candidate of Science in Public Administration.
